I am unable to activate a reinstall of Autodesk 3DS Max Design on three Windows 7 PCs - the valid serial numbers I enter in the format xxxxxxxx are all rejected downloda being invalid by the activation wizard. Is this because they have somehow been upgraded to a newer serial number? Can someone in AutoDesk please provide a private email link and I will send the serial numbers and codes, and I can hopefully get these PCs activated. I believe my company has not renewed subscriptions for these products for maybe the last years, so I figured I would need to reinstall and reactivate Autodesk 3DS Max Design on three PCs after I had rebuilt those PCs to Windows 7.
